does not fit 2001 Subaru Outback mod

First, the wire colors are opposite to the factory cartridge, green goes to red and red goes to green. Then you have to cut off one tongue of the lock, shorten the other that it plays with too much in the case. I add a rubber grommet to this bushing to hold it in place. I used this in a brake/tail light that is in the tailgate. After all the mods everything works. I gave 4 stars because it's a good socket with real copper wires!
