Wood arrived quickly. The bottom 2 rows are all you need. I bought it in early November to wear after Thanksgiving. The bottom 2 sections of the tree are full and beautiful. The top of the tree clearly belongs to another tree. The branches should be shorter and different in style. You could see it clearly when entering the room, I left it undecorated for about a week to see if it was just me or someone else noticing. Everyone could see that the parts did not come from the same tree. I have sent this information to the company and requested return information. They recommended a $40 restocking fee. But I didn't give them the opportunity to rectify the situation. Which was true, I felt that if I sent it back 3 weeks before Christmas there shouldn't have been a restocking fee. Not that I realized it was one. (My fault) to me and explained that they apologize for my inconvenience and sent them a photo so they could rectify the situation. I have already taken the fallen tree and packed it up. I'm not from the technology age, so I couldn't do it. i will keep it But disappointed with how it ended.
