A great place to start when looking for help with communications and policy. Has a range of experts who understand how to frame issues for maximum impact. Strong relationship with outside counsel and law firms. Extensive research capabilities and full understanding of issue priorities. Easy to use. I was impressed with their responsiveness to my questions regarding specific areas where they could assist us as well as being available during normal business hours (I live near DC). They do extensive work with clients which makes them very valuable even though this isn't their primary area of expertise. Their depth of knowledge made it possible for us to quickly get answers to some really complex questions without having to spend time researching or waiting for someone else at another organization to answer them. I think it's fair to say they provide excellent customer care.
