Bad quality control
I was looking for a uniform skirt for the hot Texas weather. The fabric is fine, quite thin, comfortable cotton with a little stretch. For my 9 year old skinny girl, the average size fits. However, the quality is not right. The collar is not straight, I had to return a shirt.
