Works great! I can walk around the house and have no hearing problems. The mute button is also perfect. I work from home so it's important to have a mute button on the headset that's easy to press so I can be sure the sound is off. I already had an answering machine from a previous headset I bought. Also works great with this headset. The only thing I would wish for the on-ear headphones would be different sizes. I usually prefer to use it as a headband, but it's too big for me. But the headband works great and people tell me my calls are very clear.
