The support is great - they are responsive to questions promptly about their product features and upgrades as well as implementation issues related to our business needs.
I like having my own personal contact person for each project/ issue with them (as opposed to an account rep who can only see issues in general). Some areas could be more user friendly but overall this software has been easy enough to use without needing any training or onboarding help! We have solved several problems by using IdeaPoint including finding new ways to engage employees internally around ideas we want to try out externally; managing projects within departments such as Finance vs Marketing etc.; helping us identify trends among clients & prospects across all industries via IdeaPorts.
