I was very excited and proud of my AirBedz - it's a great idea and design (built in pump , wheel arch cutouts, etc.) is fantastic, but given the price and marketing geared towards adventure travel, it's incredibly disappointing how many times I've had to spend hours trying to find a leak and then fix it, only to find that I wake up to the metal of my bed again a few nights later because the Air Bedz was completely deflated overnight. Lately I've had enough of this circuit and was faced with a particularly difficult part to repair (the stitching was beginning to unravel). I went to Air Bedz hoping for a repair or some sort of relief to get it back in working order. and a solid product, and now after three weeks I have had no response from anyone. At a time when similarly priced outdoor gear lasts for decades and is backed by incredible customer service and warranties, stay away from this product. They clearly want to sell as many units as possible at a high price and then leave you alone when your $200 mattress is as airtight as a cotton t-shirt.
