Just opened my 3rd purchase of this product and noticed that all of the strips are now 1 inch shorter than my previous purchases. To double check, I found that another package in the same order has strips that are also an inch smaller. That's 64 inches LESS than my two original purchases, for the same price. This equates to almost 13 original LESS 5" straps (or almost half the full size pack). A support call initially convinced me that shorter (and thinner) strips work just as well as longer, thicker ones. The second rep shared Let me know they only come in one size. They can't keep their story straight. For those of you buying for the first time, these strips started out at just over 5" in length and were noticeably thicker. However, they aren't cheap. They just lost a customer who was promoting this product to friends and family. Not anymore.
