I received a wet box that has been soaked with used detergent and has spread all over the inside of the box. I don't know who is to blame, the manufacturer or the transport company. There is a hairline crack around the bottom of the bottle neck, which may be caused by poor bottle quality or improper handling. In any case, I can't even return it because a) the same thing will happen and b) I shouldn't have.
