Dirty balloons are good for event and party supplies
Overall the balloon garland looked good but I would definitely not recommend this product. The balloons were DIRTY with traces of dirt all over the holes in the balloons. Thank god I had an air pump because I couldn't get it in my mouth. Some balls had holes. The colors are also very different from what is shown in the product photo. The colors are much darker even when inflated. It took my fiance and I about an hour to inflate the balloons with an air pump (difficult to tie) and another 1.5 to 2 hours to attach to a garland.
