Review on Inov-8 Men's F-Lite 235 Functional Training Shoes by Adam Hogan
Full foot support: my rating
Before buying this Inov-8 235 V3 used Head and Sketchers at the gym. In my workouts with the Inov-8 the difference is striking, my legs feel supported from above, below and to the sides. I have a wide foot and these fit perfectly.

- Best all round shoe I've ever worn. Definitely the most comfortable and beautiful
Cons
- May not be suitable for people with wide feet.
