The glass set I received is very transparent as shown in the picture so I can easily observe what is happening inside the cup. This way I can adjust the vacuum suction intensity when I use these suction cups on my husband for back pain. Versatile set of 4 mugs in different sizes and at a good price. I originally bought this as a gift but I couldn't resist and had to try it. I find it much easier and less painful to use than my face blaster which I mainly use for cellulite treatment. I've found that with cans I can control the pressure and it's not as painful as a blaster wand which is also very expensive. I seem to have found a one stop solution to pain relief and body strengthening.
