The card has not yet been installed. Win10 refuses to even recognize it (the green LED on the card is really lit) and no official OR 3rd party drivers worked. I regret the purchase! I've emailed tech support so we can see where this goes, but I should have done more research before buying an old card with a chipset that Win10 no longer supports. went into safe mode and was able to install without errors during the process. This lasted several minutes. I restarted my computer in normal mode and found that there is an unknown entry under the Other category in Windows Device Manager. I then tried to reinstall the software and it gave me the option to "Repair Installation". I ran that and the program recognized the card and everything is fine.
