This is a directional antenna. Therefore, it should be aligned with the television towers. If you're ok with that, this antenna will work for you. Included are 14 channels (including Fox and CBS) that are 40 miles away. Couldn't pull up 2 additional networks with a weaker signal from the tower (NBC and ABC). Most indoor antennas use 0 channels so I'm very happy to get 14. Again, remember that this is a directional antenna, so it should be pointed at the broadcast towers. Once you set the direction, it will be stable even in bad weather.
