Already a hole

After only wearing these shorts 2 times (just a shopping spree, no outdoor play or rough action) I had a hole in my leg. I paid almost $40 for a pair of pants so I expected them to be good quality. I wish they could send me a new pair as my daughter loves them and keeps them warm but the only option I have is to return them and then order them again which is too hassle. Please contact me, so we can resolve this issue and I can remove my review. Many Thanks
