Review on ๐ŸŽน Baby Einstein Magic Touch Mini Piano: Engaging Wooden Musical Toy for Babies, Ages 3 Months and Up by Joe Bailey

Revainrating 4 out of 5

We have an original Baby Einstein Magic Touch piano.

and LOVE LOVE LOVE! It has an amazing sound and great features! This is the best toy piano I have ever played. I can't praise that enough. I saw this new release and thought we'd try it for travel. I was. a bit disappointed. I know it's smaller and designed for travel, but I thought it had more features. It has two settings: one is piano keys only. There are 3 notes and they harmonize, but you can only play one at a time (on the original piano you can play multiple notes at the same time). The other setting is the music setting, and each of the three buttons plays a song. Good lively song (but not too lively. Important for long car rides, right?). I love that even if you press a different button, once it starts playing, the song continues to the end. The sound quality is as good as the original. I know it's smaller so that's to be expected. Also note that there is no volume control. You will get a preset volume. I would turn it down half a notch if I could, but I have sensitive ears. and I think it will be ok in a car with road noise etc. The beads on the handle have a rubbery feel rather than hard plastic, which is a nice touch. Full size version, I think I expected a little more from this product. Edit: A six year old tester thought this was a great kids toy! Maybe I just had too high expectations? I changed my stars to 4, all things considered.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
