It is very easy to use by both users with no technical background as well as those that have some experience in using SAP Business One or other ERP systems like it. I dislike how complex things can be at times for newbies who are not familiar with such software packages yet but this does get easier over time. If they were able to make their program available online so people could access from anywhere then there would be less of an issue since we don't always work out side our office computer screens (especially during holidays). We used Toon's version previously which was great until one day when all applications crashed without warning! This happened twice within 2 weeks! So now everything has been moved back into 1 place instead of 3 different ones - which makes life much simpler than before because most tasks do require multiple programs/applications etc., however having them consolidated under just ONE platform really helps simplify matters greatly. I like that it is very simple to use for my small business. It has been easy to implement and has allowed me to see all of our sales activity in one place. I dislike that it does not have a lot of customization options. If you want to customize it too much then it will be difficult to manage. That being said, it works well for what we are using it for. We do not have many issues with it. We use it primarily for tracking our sales activities.
