Do not buy! Not sure!

I ordered this dog rope because I needed a thicker rope and our dog needed more than 12 meters to enjoy the garden. With 3 dogs I've tried pretty much every shoelace imaginable but not this one. Wow, I regret the purchase and so does my dog. When I first hooked it to the collar, the screw that was supposed to tighten the carabiner didn't tighten and didn't align properly. Broke on the spot. But I figured the shape of the lobster clasp would keep it on the collar. Not correct. On the second day, when she didn't even pull the leash, the carabinieri turned in the opposite direction and jumped out from under the collar. Then the dog realized that she was free and that she was a runner. Luckily I managed to catch her before she left the yard. Additionally, the line continued to twist at various points along its 50-foot length and was very difficult to untangle. At that point I had already spent the money on this product and attached an old clasp to the carabiner (which has the necessary rotating part to keep the line from twisting, which this product doesn't have) so I had a replacement clasp. in case the carabiner breaks again. Which happens 50% of the time. Twisting of the leash itself worsened without the proper twist fittings, and on more than one occasion it wrapped tightly around my dog's leg. Luckily, I'm always with her when she wears a tie, so I immediately understood this problem. In terms of reflective properties, they are no more reflective than any other connecting line I've had unless moonlight hits them. After a few weeks I have nothing but good things to say about this product, the cord itself feels thick and strong and is a good length when not twisted. When I unhook my dog from it tonight, I ran my hand along a piece of string, feeling for the broken plastic. The plastic coating of the line has already cracked (3 weeks of use). This is by far the most unsafe, crappy, poorly designed dog leash I have ever bought and owned. Please do yourself a favor and don't make the same mistake I did, both for your dog's safety and your pet's peace of mind.

Pros
  • ☆ BIT RESISTANT: Constructed of steel and corrosion-resistant vinyl coating, it is durable and rust-resistant, so durable that even the dog's sharp teeth cannot be easily broken.
Cons
  • Quality
