
The team at comeline was very helpful with my request for an account setup to be able to send out mass emails via our own email service provider (SendGrid). They were also great about creating additional accounts so that we could use them as well! There's nothing I dislike specifically but it would help if they had more than one person available during peak hours because there are times when their support staff isn't always readily available - especially outside normal business hours or holidays/vacation time periods which can lead to some delays getting answers back after submitting tickets etc.. We've been using Sendgrid since before this project started however never really thought much beyond just having someone else handle sending all those bulk mailers through Sendgrids API instead us doing everything manually ourselves.
