Quickly get started in minutes and easy way of adding new clients
The ease to use, ability for customization through templates/forms is very helpful as well! I wish that there was an option within our platform where we can easily link up with other systems like Salesforce or Sage 50 Accounting so it would be easier than manually linking all records together when needed (i think you have this now but not 100% sure).
We are able solve basic accounting issues quickly without having any knowledge about how those programs work internally - which saves us time from needing internal support staff members who understand each program's system better then me :).
Pros
- Easy interface
- Lots & lots more options available compared what most small businesses offer.
- Very simple user experience in general once one learns their way around using software such at these platforms
Cons
- Can't do multiple entries per page while filling out forms unless they contain certain information already prefilled into them
