I can't find how to contact the company

I've used this scrubber twice and when I first removed the first battery lots of parts came out! There's a part of the battery that I can't get out of the washing machine, so I can't even use it with a different battery. Walmart.com (where I bought it) will not accept returns without the original packaging. I am very disappointed I cannot find a phone number or email address for defective Black & Decker products!
