Pros: - It's big. Super addicting to games just because of the size. My 24 inch monitors look pathetic in comparison. Excellent value for money and quality. I wanted a 1440p, 120Hz+, VA or IPS, 27"+ panel at a reasonable price. This checked all the boxes and more. It might not be as good as a $500 monitor, but for the price it definitely is good. Curve is good. I forget it's crooked when I'm sitting in front of it. Pixel density is about the same as the 24" 1080p monitor on my desk next to it, so I don't have to deal with scaling issues. Pixel response times are very good. Virtually no noticeable halos. Cons: - It took a lot of work to get the white balance right. I played around with the OSD a bit and just couldn't get it to work. Using the Windows color calibration tool. In the end I did reduced the blue a lot and red a little - The black boost is terrible. Turn it off! It's on by default. It blurs everything. I was really starting to regret my purchase until I found this E setting discovered - It seems like I have to choose between blurring the blacks or blurring the whites. I chose the best bright color contract. - The stand is pretty flimsy, but I didn't expect it. At least it has a Vesa mount.
