So yes the main gripe is the double sided tape on the pre-mounted magnet backing, it just won't stay on the surface and of course I wiped the surface where I place the sensor and but it just doesn't stick. In the end I just glued the magnet to the surface with Loctite and eventually stayed in place. I like being rechargeable and don't have to worry about putting batteries in the device. The brightness is great and definitely adds a nice touch to our storage closet with supplies and towels.
