While I like the bottle and the case, the case definitely has pros and cons. I'll start with the bottle. The bottle is all glass which is great. There is no risk of ingesting synthetic compounds. It also has a nice wide mouth which should suit both drinkers and drinkers alike. The BPA-free screw cap has an internal rubber seal to prevent leaks and a convenient carrying strap. Motivational markers are great for those who don't like drinking liquids or who don't deal well with dehydration, but they aren't needed for most people. The only problem with this bottle is the silicone sleeve. Yes, it offers a little extra protection and support, but it doesn't feel removable. I tried taking it off to wash the bottle but it was difficult to remove and left some glue-like marks. I got the impression that it shouldn't be removed. This has me concerned about the possible growth of mold and mildew underneath over time.
