Got a marathon on tire sealant hoping to stop slow leaks avoid. I think it worked because there were no small leaks. BUT. When I came back to park the lawnmower today, the tire went flat straight away. I picked up the hose and found a 3 inch tear in the side of the hose. can be repaired. But very disappointed that it only lasted 2 months. I had the previous tube for 10 years with no problems. I also agree with the short valve stem. I ended up buying extensions to make inflation easier, but the fact that the valve is centered and not offset to the hole in the rim made me struggle a bit to keep the tube from even getting into my two-piece headband. Disappointment is the keyword.
