Easy to use on armrests

It has velcro to 'seal' it when you start the first wrap and then a final piece of velcro to secure it. Very easy to use and keeps my wrist in place while I sleep without cutting off circulation. I have used it for mild numbness in my wrist and two fingers (pinky and ring finger).
