Product overheats and shuts down. It has three timer settings - 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 60 minutes. I can't let it run more than 10 minutes before it shuts down. I have to let it cool down, unplug and plug everything back in to get it working again. In addition, there are several settings called Ripple, Tapping, Rolling and Knead. Basically - it vibrates and has strong to light vibrations. There is no "kneading". No"pump" no. As you would expect from a massager. I am very disappointed and would like to send it back and get my money back.
