Just a broken cheap

Arrived damaged, won't charge, won't turn on, fan seems stuck and broken, just clicks but doesn't move. Because the price is ridiculous, at least if you're interested, look for something that wasn't made in China, the brand is actually wrong too, the OPULUS brand, but there's nothing there and absolutely no support. .
