Purchased in July 2021, installed and working perfectly but suddenly after about 2 weeks the NVR lost communication with all cameras. An error on the screen indicated that the wireless antenna was not connected, which it was. I contacted tech support but was unimpressed by their complete lack of knowledge and unwillingness to help. Eventually I got in touch with Revain who promptly issued a replacement so I removed all the cameras, packed everything up and sent it back. A new system came in, all cameras were installed and reconfigured. The new system worked fine for about 2 weeks after installing and setting up, but now the screen shows an error saying the network is down. Tried everything but concluded they were just giving away inferior, second-rate gear to unsuspecting Revain customers.
