At first this system was great. The installation was very easy and the image quality day and night is acceptable for this price range. However, we had problems about two months after purchase and there is very little reliable troubleshooting information on the company's website. Purchased in July 2021, installed and working perfectly but suddenly after about 2 weeks the NVR lost communication with all cameras. An error on the screen indicated that the wireless antenna was not connected, which it was. I contacted tech support but was unimpressed by their complete lack of knowledge and unwillingness to help. Assembly was not very easy and the instructions were not informative. Batteries are of poor quality. This system worked for 2 days. Batteries show the state of charge throughout the day with solar panels connected. I came home and took out a camera. I changed the battery and was able to get it working. Setting up Zosi C301 wireless battery cameras with a Zosi DVR was a waste of 3 days of my life. I have tested it extensively. There are too many issues here to document them all; but here is the summary. Unless you are familiar with all security camera brands/models/networks, you will have trouble setting this up.
