This SI belt was easy to use. Put it on, tighten to a comfortable snug fit, and go about your day.Unfortunately, it didn't seem to help me. Not even a little. While it was functional, the brace provided decent comfort. However, a major flaw was durability. The velcro straps that are used to hold the tension/tightness on the belt just failed, wore out after few weeks of minor usage. This obviously renders the brace useless. I haven't had the product long enough to comment on pain relief. But I love how snug it is, doesn't slip and isn't bulky. I ordered 3 different braces and this is definately the one I am keeping! I would highly recommend this particular product if your comparing it to others

I bought this in hopes of alleviating chronic pain in my low back. It helps but I can’t wear it for more than a few hours of activity without feeling like it’s too much compression.

I saw this recommended on YT by a Dr. Ordered and got the next day. They must run very large. I'm 6'3" 260lbs and the medium work perfect. I put it on and instantly, no more pain in my hips. I'm a grown man who could cry. I've been in horrible pain for over a year. Had a MRI done last week. This is an absolute GOD send!🙃

The velcro quit working after about 2 months. While the velcro worked, the belt made the diffence between sitting by while my family and friends saw the sites on vacation or joining them.

I have pain in my lower back near my tailbone. The belt is awesome, however the Velcro is so tiny and cheap. When you are going for support, you need stronger Velcro!

Loved the option to have the hot or cold insert. Worked great for the first six months, now the velcro just won''t stay anymore.. I purchased the s/m size and it does move position if I sit.

I like the feotrol hip belt that provide support to my tail bone. I am disappointed that it started to loose the velcro grip only after using for twenty times. I wish the vendor can replace my belt that I bought in Agust of this Year. The vendor needs took into the velcro issue.

I reviewed several different support belts before choosing this one. I'm ever so glad I chose this. It fits and is easily adjustable for when I need more sort like when walking vs just standing around. It's barely noticeable under an untucked t-shirt. Bought a second one for a friend. She's been extremely satisfied as well.

My wife ordered this hip belt several weeks ago when her SI joint was inflamed. Unfortunately (or fortunately, since the inflammation and has mostly resolved), it didn't arrive until the SI pain was gone, but she is still experiencing some lower back and hip discomfort and stiffness. It takes a bit to figure out how to put on the belt, but it's easy once done. It's adjustable for comfort and appears so far to provide good support and some pain relief.

After two months, the belt's velcro got lint and other particulates and it prevents the belt from holding tigh any longer. I have tried to clean the velcro to extract the particles and can't get it clean. It was a good belt while it lasted only two months before the velcro tears apart is unacceptable. I do not recommend this belt
