This SI belt was easy to use. Put it on, tighten to a comfortable snug fit, and go about your day.Unfortunately, it didn't seem to help me. Not even a little. It could be that my SI joints are too far gone for a simple belt to do much to provide relief. Or it could be the belt. I'm not able to tell you which.I've tried to wear it during the day, then I tried wearing it at night instead, hoping it would help the hip pain that wakes me up several times a night, but neither helped.I'm not going to tell anyone to not order it, because it may very well help others. If you do decide to order it, I sincerely hope it helps you, because constant SI joint pain SUCKS and I wish I could find something that helps me.
