Pros: Adjustable. Three ways to adjust for comfort and placement on hip joints. Stays in place while walking, climbing stairs and other low impact activities. Comfortable for casual everyday use. Not bulky, fits over clothing without looking too big. Did provide relief from hip and lower back pain for me. Hip belt match my body measurements, so the recommended measurements by company seem accurate. Good price for a decent hip belt.Cons: Not good for high impact activity, such as running or working out. Probably, should use only a couple hours a day and only during the day. When using it all day, it causes discomfort from the compression. Tried sleeping in it, due to hip pain at night, not very comfortable.Overall, I would recommend this product to others.
