Provides relief when nothing else could!
My PT suggested I invest in an SI belt. I purchased this one because it came in a size S and could be adjusted in size with three bands. This belt is the only thing that provides me relief and that is because it decreases my range of motion and doesn't allow my back to put itself in a position that typically causes pain. The only reason for my 4 stars is due to the fact that the velcro hasn't held up on all of the bands for a long time. In about a week and a half I noticed the velcro not holding as well.
- Helps relieve lower back pain. I like the comfort it provides especially being able to sit in it.
- It was great for a week and then the Velcro wore out and the belt kept falling off.
