Assembly was not very easy and the instructions were not informative. Batteries are of poor quality. This system worked for 2 days. Batteries show the state of charge throughout the day with solar panels connected. I came home and took out a camera. I changed the battery and was able to get it working. Later another camera failed and it was the same. The app is also of poor quality. I don't care about customer service. I'll pack it up and send it back. It's also very difficult to get the cameras back online. You need to reset the button on the camera. It's really a pain when they're already installed. I wish I had just stayed with Sam and bought a wireless system from them. Now I have to wait for a refund. I also bought an extended warranty and it said it was emailed to me but I didn't see it. My neighbor has a system he bought from Sam 3 years ago and has had no problems. I need to have this kind of system for my application. That's very disappointing. The surgery didn't impress me either.
