Two holes milled in the heatsink block where the two arms attach (the arms that hold the entire block to the CPU were not fully threaded. This means I didn't use this cooler was able to install completely. Luckily I have hiccup and have tools to solve this problem. But for those who don't have tools, you need to send replacements. My special product was unsuccessful. Note: The bottom of the heatsink plate where the copper pipes coming in contact with the IHS/CPU wasn't very smooth this makes heat transfer much more difficult I used 1000 grit and then 2000 grit sandpaper to smooth everything out before use.
