After nursing two children I went from a small B cup to not even being able to fill a AA cup. I purchased these to wear inside of a bikini top that I cover with a swim tank. Works perfect and makes me feel confident again. I would suggest purchasing a bigger bikini top if you're an A cup when wearing these as they are quite large and do stick out of my bikini top. But like I said, I wear the bikini top under a swim tank so it's not a problem for me and if you were to wear these in your bra as long as you are wearing a shirt over it no one would know.
