The price was reasonable but the tab holding the lid was broken on one, the circuit board was not attached on the other and the latch was removed. Easy to fix but shouldn't be.

I like this product but it's easy to steal. I used it in apartment porches but it took at least two days and someone stole it. That means it's a good product because I wouldn't risk stealing something that cheap. I am amazed at how strong the smell is!

This item is still unusable, it just sits there, I bought a bracket, tried to install it, the bracket is broken so I'll drill a hole in the top instead to buy another holder and stick. it's somewhere in the corner. I have a colleague who has the same problem.

The plastic hinge holding the door was broken when I opened the package. The door is still holding with a broken hinge. The fan is very thin. I think it won't matter much if you get a fanned or fanless model. The smell of the air freshener I ordered is pleasant. I wish the fan was stronger to spread the flavor a little further.

I don't think I'll be using these not-too-cheap products again. I find that the normal plugin works better. Maybe mine was broken, but I won't be a back user.

The small key that comes with the kit is very important to open the item! Even if it is not mentioned in the instructions!

I ordered this because I went to the laundry mat and they had it in the bathroom. For $4 this can't be beat. It took me about 5 minutes to figure out how to use this thing. I've attached photos to show what the key looks like and how to use it to open it. On the aroma tray, you need to remove and break the tongue, and then insert it into the holder. I put my self in The bathroom and it smells amazing. I'll update in about 2 weeks so you know if it's still working. Many people have problems…
