As a result of using this product, I found that it was too firm and provided no support for my neck .The advertised "orthopedic" claim is a joke. I absolutely love the feel of this robe. The fabric is so soft it is like being wrapped in a cloud. I like the hood as at times I feel a draft on my neck in the winter and if don't get my neck covered it gets stiff and very sore. Orders 10-12(L) received a (M). It fit way better as a large would of been too big. My mistake. The waist inner seam around the waist had several broken areas and the vertical seam from waist to seam was also multiple open seams. Not to mention a bunched area in the back so no reason. Love this top! Actually bought another one in the dark blue and green (although it looks like turquoise in the photo). Although it is still lovely, I was slightly disappointed by the color. Also, be aware, that if you spray it with a wrinkle release product, like I did, the dye will fade and cause bleach-like spots.
