Waste of Money, Caused Neck Pain

As a result of using this product, I found that it was too firm and provided no support for my neck .The advertised "orthopedic" claim is a joke. The genuine leather material also made me uncomfortable. The only positive aspect was the design that seemed perfect for home and kitchen. But overall I would not recommend this product to anyone seeking comfort OR support as it has caused me more pain than relief..

Pros

Provides excellent support for the neck and spine, reducing the risk of pain and injury associated with prolonged computer use.

Cons

The price point may be out of range for some consumers who are looking for a more affordable computing solution.
