Review on SLS3 Leg Recovery System: German Designed Air Compression Boots for Athletes - Sequential Relax Massage, Improved Circulation and Faster Recovery by Robert Hickey

This product is medically very questionable.

I have lost my entire left leg to cancer and I am unable to put enough pressure on my leg (like others do when walking) to drain the lymph from my leg. After reviewing several products, I was apprehensive about purchasing this product because the product description never mentions lymphedema prevention. I don't feel like the manufacturer understands how important this product is to one-legged people like me who consider it a medical necessity. They designed the connector on the compressor unit to only work properly with a dual thigh cuff connector. The instructions don't mention using a single leg sleeve, so it's reasonable to assume that a leg sleeve needs to be connected to the airend, but some people may not realize that this isn't pumping fluid to the foot properly. serious illness. This whole problem is easily solved by simply changing the order of the hoses on all three connectors. Although this is a very serious condition. It pains me to post such a judgmental review as the product is very well designed and made to the highest quality and is a medical necessity for people like me who have had to rely on a prescription. socks (didn't work.

Pros
  • SMALL PARTS: The unit (110V power input - US outlet) comes with a long power cord for easy portability. The pump is so quiet that you can watch TV at a normal volume while using the system. Leg sleeves have pockets to hide all hoses and protect connections. Each pack comes with two leg sleeves (4 overlapping chambers), an inflator (pump), a remote control (up to 3 feet away), and a carrying case. This is an investment you will not regret.
Cons
  • Requires electrical outlet
