The right product for me, the price suited me.

Purchased in the LG brand store, delivered quickly, everything is ok. Picked it up from Metropolis by self, you can test the panel, but there is no way to connect and check all the ports on the store equipment (take a laptop and wires with you), in my case it turned out to be a critical drawback, that's why: 1. I came home, connected the laptop via type-c - the panel does not respond, it does not see the signal. Calling the store is a separate task, the queues at the hotline are huge, waiting for a conversation with the operator is 30+ minutes. 2. It does not provide any help on the main phone, they immediately transfer to technical support (why I waited - it’s not clear, there is no choice of technical support when calling, it’s problematic to find a phone on the site). Ok, I'm talking to those. a specialist - standard questions - try another device, wire, turn it off / on, and other ports work, etc., all to no avail. They are sent to the ASC. 3. They handed over the application to the ASC themselves, they called me, agreed to leave. The master arrived, diagnostics and repairs are not carried out on the spot, he looked, described and took away. Left only the act of taking the goods. At this stage, it has already been 6 days since the purchase and the discovery of a defect. 4. A couple of days later I called the ASC, confirmed the warranty repair and said that they were waiting for the AF. For periods up to 45 days. At the same time, they did not provide any diagnostic report, everything was in words. 5. On the LG website it is indicated that in order to agree on a replacement for similar equipment, a diagnostic report is required (which the ASC does not provide) and approval by phone, again 30+ minutes of waiting, and with my words that I want to exchange equipment for a serviceable , the operator immediately tries to transfer to the service department without allowing a word to be inserted. Total: spent money, already 11 days without a product, even up to 45 days to wait for repairs. Refusal / manipulation of replacement with a similar one is a violation of consumer protection law. : 10.04 got a new replacement monitor.
