Perfect for my portable power supply

Portable power supply for field use and works great. When off, it consumes some current, about 4mA. This low power consumption is due to the capacitive touch power button. When on, it draws 14mA with no load. The outlet is on by default when the device is first turned on, but a quick press turns it off. Sensor circuit so that it also turns on when a load is applied.
