They tried to sell me an A/F cabin sell with a $45 install at the store. uh NO! so I plugged it in and saw how easy it was to install so I bought it and my son installed it for me. Seriously, this is a MUST. the old one was disgusting. so uptight Your air conditioner will work better and less if you change this filter. My car is 2013. There is no smell at the filter, so no extraneous smells.
