It's easy to use, but it can get very technical. The customer service team does help you if needed.

I like that it's easy for customers or potential employees of my business, as well as me personally to use this software without having much technical knowledge required.
It can be very confusing at first but once you get used to how things work its really not bad! The customer service team does help out if needed though so don't worry too much about getting stuck in there way back end while trying figure something else out. We are solving our problems by being able to provide better services than we could have otherwise.

Pros

How user friendly everything is from beginning until finish when using Roll App..The ease with which anything one would want done gets handled quickly & easily through their application..Customer support has been excellent all along throughout each phase during implementation within various departments here where they've helped us tremendously every step down thier process..I love them also :) !!!!
