The most important thing about them is that they are cheap so when I have a few lights I use them in all areas with my own controllers, they very much are pleasant. This is also a small disadvantage. Segments stopped working for me (I had to connect a broken segment within a few seconds of testing). Not very bright. Luckily when I needed some brightness I used two strips. On one track, very prominent in my kitchen, I have 3 white LEDs that flicker occasionally. I do not know why. To replace it I would have to pull out a massive strip. The warm white is very pleasant, exactly the color temperature I wanted. Color rendering beyond red, green and blue. Oh god, not so nice. However, magenta on my dark display produces a really good amount of blue and red to make objects stand out.
