I am 210lbs and 5’9” tall. I bought the Xl and am very happy with it. I like the low cut and the tightness in the belly. It covers my belly very well. I don’t have to be self conscious that my belly will peek out. When I want to tan my belly I just roll the bottom up. I hook one strap around my neck to make it a halter. Helps with the tan line
