After fracturing my right wrist I lost a lot of grip strength as I wasn't using it often. When it came time to start using my injured wrist again I wanted to regain my grip strength. I found that most conventional methods/exercises were quite bothersome for my wrist, so I heard this would be a great option. Not only did it help me regain, but I was also able to improve my strength from the baseline I had. Gripping these bars makes it easy for consistent training as I didn't get anywhere near the impact on my wrist where I would feel pain and possibly make the injury worse as I would with other exercises. It is expensive, but if your options are limited like it was for me I would certainly recommend it. Even if you don't have an injury and want to get a full squeeze at your max capability without feeling pain as you may experience with other methods I would still highly suggest as you'll more than likely benefit from these.
