She has had a two step system for about 2 years, they are like new but as it gets old , to work my separate, to approach it needs an extra step so i bought 3 steps, it's just as solid and well built, be sure to follow the instructions, easily done, you have to misplace your front steps - no interval to make sure it's built correctly. THIS SHOULD CONNECT VERY EASILY WITHOUT BREAKING, JUST FACE A HAMMER AND IT PLACES DIRECTLY. STRONG ENOUGH FOR A 35LB DOG, I BELIEVE THIS IS CALCULATED, MY MOTHER (135lbs) TRIED TO SIT ON A 2-STEER AND GIVED SOMETHING OUT OF HIM, TO MY SURPRISE HE WAS AFTER A NEAR-FATAL BLOW PERFECTLY SHAPED AND THEY ARE PERFECTLY LIKE NEW TODAY, JUST DON'T MAKE SUCH MISTAKE, NOT MANUFACTURED FOR OVER 45 LBS MAXIMUM. MY DOG USES IT DAY AND NIGHT SO I BUY THIS SYSTEM IF HE NEEDS MORE STEPS. THEY ARE AMAZING.
