Do not be shy! Just buy it! Perfect!

Was nervous about the size as I have a 6 month old German Shepherd, a large 65 lb girl. Let me tell you this ladder is PERFECT! This will work for her whole life! She's a very spoiled little girl so she likes to be picked up and not bounced around so it was a great compromise for us so we didn't have to wake up in the middle of the night to pick her up to climb onto our high bed. 😂. Needless to say we HIGHLY recommend (FYI, not too big for small pups and not too small for big pups, it…

The best we've tried!

We bought these steps for our 10 year old 12 lb Maltese because the others were too steep and he kept falling (photo attached). Not enough space for the steps and the steps were too close together. That is the difference! He kept falling in love with others. The wider, deeper steps here help him not fall down the stairs like the others, and the carpet also helps with safety. We recommend! My 8 year old put them together without adult help so I would say they are easy to put together. They do…

Perfect height and size at a great price!

Our 14 year old Ming Ping took a few steps to climb onto the bed in our new camper. It's the perfect height and he was able to walk up and down comfortably. The pieces of the mat are beautiful and give it a nice texture to grip. They were easy to put together and would probably hold up well with just our 20lb min pin using them. The pieces of rubber on the bottom held it onto the linoleum pretty well. Haven't hiked or used them extensively, but first impressions were good. How much he loves…

Good product just don't wait too long to get them!

Bought for my 75lb lab, she is 11. The steps are not as wide as I would like. Her hind legs are wider than the ladder so she doesn't stay on it while climbing. That's why she's afraid of them. After much persuasion I rode it up and down several times. He worked for a short time. She likes to sit on the bed with her paws on the steps. rzunimag. Now she would only climb onto the bed when one of her human sisters came home to visit. It's durable and was easy to assemble. I considered buying a…

The best customer service ever.

Pet Gear offers a great product with Pet Stairs III. Scotty loves this. Aside from the quality and bolt-free construction, Pet Gear did everything for me. When shipping RevainWarehouse, the bottom tier was missing. So what now? Revain is useless when it comes to contacting someone to fix a problem - they just want you to ship everything back, although it was clearly their fault for sending me a short piece of it. So I contacted Pet Gear and they sent me the missing step! Holy cow! That's…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Not everything fits

She has had a two step system for about 2 years, they are like new but as it gets old , to work my separate, to approach it needs an extra step so i bought 3 steps, it's just as solid and well built, be sure to follow the instructions, easily done, you have to misplace your front steps - no interval to make sure it's built correctly. THIS SHOULD CONNECT VERY EASILY WITHOUT BREAKING, JUST FACE A HAMMER AND IT PLACES DIRECTLY. STRONG ENOUGH FOR A 35LB DOG, I BELIEVE THIS IS CALCULATED, MY MOTHER…

Easy steps for your pet

It took me about 2 weeks to find the steps I wanted for my small dogs. I needed steps that would not prevent my dogs from getting to my bed without having to jump. These steps are great! I took lots of measurements as many of the steps for sale are tall but are actually quite short. The bed with mattress and spring is quite high. They have a slight forward incline, making the steps very easy to use. I have a 16 year old Chihuahua who RUNS up the stairs to fall asleep faster. Carpet is…

Easy assembly, not durable, terrible warranty.

Advantages: These steps are easy to assemble and do not slip on the parquet floor, which is very important. My dogs took to it straight away and felt safe handling them... At first... but. Cons: Although they have only been used for five months to help dogs get on and off our bed without jumping, they have become so wobbly that my dogs are afraid to use them. I have a breed of toy dogs so they are definitely not too heavy. The dogs weigh 15 pounds and the steps are designed to support up to 150

The stairs are finally deep enough.

Whilst I have one complaint I still give this stair case 5 stars simply because we haven't found any other stair case of this height that actually had steps deep enough not to scare our dogs. Previously we bought 4 different types. They were either too wobbly or too short to reach our loft bed, or each step was too shallow for our dogs to climb comfortably. Vision can also be a problem with some dogs, especially older ones who need it and if they can't figure out what they are seeing they may…
